If a high temperature resistant environment is required, epoxy resin AB glue can be selected. This glue has excellent high temperature resistance and strong adhesion, which can ensure that the aluminum stickers are still firmly attached to the bottle under high temperature conditions. For application scenarios that do not require high temperature, instant glue is a quick and effective choice. It can cure quickly and provide instant adhesion. If the aluminum sticker needs to be combined with transparent or translucent materials such as acrylic and plexiglass, UV shadowless glue is a good choice. It can cure quickly under ultraviolet light to form a strong adhesion. Aluminum stickers are usually made of materials such as polyester film or polypropylene, which are tightly bonded to the aluminum substrate and can provide good adhesion. At the same time, the glue of the sticker is highly viscous and can be well attached to the surface of the bottle and is not easy to fall off.
In the early preparation stage of pasting aluminum stickers on bottles and other outer packaging, the surface of the bottle may be covered with impurities such as oil, dust, moisture and residual glue left by previous pasting due to the accumulation of impurities during production, transportation or storage. These impurities not only affect the appearance, but also reduce the effective contact area between the sticker and the bottle, directly weakening the adhesion of the glue. Therefore, use appropriate cleaning tools, such as non-woven fabrics or special erasers, to carefully and comprehensively remove these impurities.
In addition to cleaning, it is also necessary to ensure the dryness of the bottle surface. Any tiny residual moisture may become an obstacle during the pasting process, because moisture will dilute the concentration of the glue, reduce its viscosity, and even cause the glue to fail completely in extreme cases. Therefore, after cleaning, a clean cloth or a hair dryer should be used to thoroughly remove the surface moisture to ensure that the bottle is in a completely dry state.
When entering the pasting stage, the sticker and the bottle surface must be accurately aligned. Any slight deviation may cause visual disharmony and affect the overall aesthetics of the product. At the same time, the operator needs to keep a steady hand and be careful to avoid wrinkles or bubbles during the pasting process. Once these problems are found, stop pasting immediately, gently lift a corner of the sticker, adjust the position and smooth it from the center to the outer edge to expel air, ensuring that the sticker is flat and wrinkle-free on the bottle surface. In order to further enhance the firmness of the sticker, especially on the edge of the sticker, appropriate pressure should be applied. This helps to strengthen the contact between the glue and the bottle surface, forming a stronger bond, and effectively prevent the sticker from warping or falling off due to the intrusion of external forces or environmental factors during use.
By selecting appropriate pasting materials, ensuring the cleanliness and dryness of the pasting surface, using the correct pasting method, and considering environmental factors, it is possible to ensure that aluminum stickers have good pasting firmness on bottles and other outer packaging.
